Fermenting

Fermenting vegetables and fruits is a great way to preserve the harvest. Add extra nutrition to your foods and probiotics for your gut health. In winter, when we homesteader types live out of the pantry, it is important to supplement canned foods. Add the probiotics, vitamins, and other nutrients from uncooked, fermented vegetables to your meals. It will give our immune system a boost and prevent deficiencies.
